
Dry Rub for any Protein
This is great on beef, but also nice on bbq chicken or grilled vegetable protein. Nice on grilled mushrooms, too. I'm trying it on Hemp Tofu tomorrow. If it's great, I'll post it.
Equipment
- 1 Jar for Storage
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Salt Iodized Sea Salt is best
- 4 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Dry Thyme, Rubbed Crush it between your hands before adding it. It mixes in better.
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a jar.
- Mix them until completely combined.
Notes
This recipe can be doubled or tripled if you find you are using it a lot. It stores for months.
